All Australian domestic shipping is available via Australia Post using carbon-neutral parcel delivery.

I purchased multiple items, will they be shipped together?
Yes, all items placed in a single order will be shipped collectively via the one parcel post.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible notifying of your requested change. Unfortunately in most cases, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. If you would like to add to your order, you will need to make a new purchase.

My order is taking longer than expected, what can I do?

What is your returns policy?
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns. Please choose carefully and check that the product you select is right for you, based on advice received from your healthcare practitioner.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Botanic Blvd will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
- The product is damaged, or
- The product is faulty, and
- You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Botanic Blvd reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.
What is the returns process?
If your product has been delivered and is damaged or faulty, please contact our friendly customer care team at email@example.com
Our team may also ask for photo evidence of your damaged goods and(or) delivery packaging to aid in a quick resolution and to ensure packages or goods don’t arrive damaged again.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected in our warehouse. If approved, you will be refunded in the form of your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.
Our Money-Back Guarantee is available for purchases made through our website (www.botanicblvd.com.au), no later than 45 days after the date of delivery. Requests received after 45 days from the date of delivery cannot be guaranteed a refund.
All we ask is to follow the directions of use per the product packaging for at least 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied, we will honour a product refund, no questions asked. Requests are limited to first-time purchase and one return per household. Refunds will be issued on first stock unit only. Refunds can only be issued to the method of payment that was used to process the order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
