For best results, Digest Ease is designed to be taken before meals to help prime digestion. Adults take 1 capsule approximately 30 minutes before meals, twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. 

Digest Ease contains the bitter herb Gentian, which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to stimulate gastric secretions and enhance healthy digestive system function. Allowing approximately 30 minutes provides enough time for the herb to warm and prepare your digestive system for the incoming food.  

If you forget, it’s ok to take Digest Ease at the time of eating or as needed.

For the majority of people, bloating is caused by poor digestion or irregular bowel movements. Digest Ease is designed to combat meal-induced bloating and symptoms of indigestion. If you're experiencing bloating due to constipation, we recommend drinking plenty of water, getting enough fibre and taking a high-quality probiotic supplement.

Digest Ease can be taken for as long as you need. The duration you take Digest Ease depends on the severity of your symptoms and how long they last for.
